Notes: The following service stop command must be executed as root user!
1. shutdown the service of TiTopStreamerManager
systemctl stop TiTopStreamerManager
2. shutdown the service of TiTopStreamer
systemctl stop TiTopStreamer
Note: It doesn't matter who comes first or who comes last regarding these two commands to stop the service.
