以下型号的CPU支持Intel Quick Sync 硬件加速编解码技术：
- 1、装配Intel HD Graphics 3000/2000及以上版本的第2代的Intel Core processor
- 2、装配Intel HD Graphics 2500/4000版本的第三代Intel Core Processor
- 3、装配Intel HD Graphics 4400/4600版本的第四代Intel Core Processor
- 4、装配Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200版本的第五代Intel Core Processor
- 5、装配Intel HD Graphics 510/530 或 Intel Iris Pro 580 的第六代Intel Core Processor
- 6、装配Intel HD Graphics 615/620 的第七代Core Processor

1.要在Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (x64)争取的安装Intel HD 3xxx/4xxx 的驱动，你可能需要安装以下功能（使用Server Manager中的Add Features Wizard):

2、在较新的Windows 操作系统中，Intel Quick Sync 硬件加速功能可能在当Wowza® 服务器以系统服务模式工作时无法使用，这是由于一个叫做Session 0 Isolation的安全策略。

二、基于Linux平台的服务器
以下型号的CPU支持Intel Quick Sync 硬件加速编解码：
- 1、装备Intel HD Graphics P4700的Intel Xeon Processor E3-1285 v3 以及 E3-1285L v3 (Intel C226 Chipset)
- 2、装备Intel Iris Pro Graphics或Intel Iris Graphics或Intel HD Graphics 4200+ Series的第4代Intel Core Processor
- 3、装备Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200+ 系列的第五代Intel Core Processor
- 4、装备 with Intel Iris Pro Graphics 或 Intel HD Graphics 510/530 的第六代Intel Core Processor
注意:
- 以上列表中的Intel Xeon processor芯片才支持Intel Quick Sync 硬件加速编码。其它芯片的Intel Xeon 配置是不支持的，上一代的Intel Core processor也不支持。Intel Celeron 和Intel Atom 处理器也不支持。
